Apps for mental health


An app (short for application) is a downloadable programme made for a smartphone or tablet.  There are a multitude of apps available including games and those for fun, but also many that can help with our day to day life.

How to access help

If you are concerned about your mental well-being, there are a number of people you can contact for help. It’s important to get help as soon as you can.

Referral form

If you would like to refer yourself to one of our services please complete and send this form. Please tell us which service you are interested in and someone will contact you within 7 days.

Well-being & self-care

Having good mental well-being doesn’t mean everything always goes right and we are never unhappy, it means we feel more able to cope with daily life and when things go wrong.
