An app (short for application) is a downloadable programme made for a smartphone or tablet. There are a multitude of apps available including games and those for fun, but also many that can help with our day to day life.
If you are concerned about your mental well-being, there are a number of people you can contact for help. It’s important to get help as soon as you can.
