What is Safe Haven?

Our North and Mid Hampshire Safe Haven provides emotional and practical help to individuals experiencing mental health crises. We give you the option to talk to one of our staff about how you are feeling, and will help you to access the right support within calm, safe & confidential surroundings. You can come in person to the Safe Haven or access it virtually.

Who is it for?

The service provides face to face immediate crisis support if you are struggling with your mental health. 
While we predominantly serve residents of Test Valley or Basingstoke and Deane who are aged 18 years and over and experiencing a mental health crisis, please be assured that nobody will be turned away based on where they live. We have operate an online appointment system for those unable to attend physically. 

When is the service open?

Safe Haven is open 7 evenings a week, 365 days a year:

Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) 6pm and 10pm
