Following the recent change in government guidance, we have made some adjustments to the way we’re working. We remain committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, volunteers and service users and encourage you to avoid visiting our buildings should you be displaying any of the symptoms highlighted below.
If you have any symptoms of covid (please note these include sneezing, sore throat, headache, runny nose and fatigue as well as fever, cough and loss of sense of smell) and need support with your mental health, please do not come in person to our services. Contact our support line on 0300 5000 907 and somebody will be able to help you.

Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service for Hampshire
Our Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service for Hampshire are offering a blend of face-to-face, telephone and virtual assessments, follow on visits and one-to-ones. Service users and carers will be risk assessed on a case by case basis.
Carer/Peer Support Groups throughout Hampshire are also a blend of face-to-face and virtual.
In restrictive service periods, telephone contact will be increased for those service users and carers who have been identified as vulnerable.
Appointments are continuing as normal either face-to-face or by telephone depending on the location of the surgery. Aldershot, Farnborough and Andover surgeries have the option to carry out face-to-face appointments where clinically indicated. Basingstoke and Fleet have remote appointments only.
The Ugly Duckling workshop remains temporarily closed whilst repairs and renovations take place. We hope to reopen soon and will continue to provide you with updates as necessary. Our pop-up shop remains open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
We are currently offering outdoor and virtual groups only but we hope to return to face-to-face groups in our Andover, Basingstoke, Farnborough and Romsey well-being centres from 7th February 2022. These groups will be booking only to begin with to allow for social distancing and help ensure the safety of all staff, service users and volunteers.
Booked 1-1 appointments are going ahead as normal providing you are displaying none of the symptoms highlighted above. If you are showing symptoms, or feel uncomfortable visiting the centre, we are able to offer telephone or virtual appointments instead.

Be You, Young People’s Service
Our free Music Therapy group provides young people with an opportunity to explore the benefits of using music as a therapeutic medium. Those attending can learn how to use music as a way of releasing emotions and expressing feelings using rhythm and sound.
These sessions run on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:00.
Our young person drop-in sessions provide a safe space for 11-17-year-olds to access help outside of school hours. Support is provided in a casual setting and is facilitated by project staff alongside key partners. We also offer bookable 1:1 appointments with a peer worker or mental health practitioner. Appointments will deliver tailored advice, information, signposting and support by using de-escalation, coping strategies and well-being toolkits.
These sessions run on Wednesdays from 18:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays 13:30 to 15:30.
