Providing support across Hampshire

We may be called “Andover Mind”,  but we actually provide services right across Hampshire, supporting people with mental ill health as well as adult carers, who care for an adult, and people living with dementia and mild cognitive impairment.

One in four of us will experience mental health problems at some time and it’s estimated there are around 13 million unpaid carers in the UK and more than 850,000 people living with dementia. These are  tough things to face alone so you’ll want experienced and compassionate people in your corner. That’s where we come in…

How can we help?

We are still here for you!

In these times of uncertainty with covid cases on the rise, we find ourselves once more having to change the way we work. We are grateful for the vaccines which should make us all safer in this wave and would urge everyone to get vaccinated if you have not already done so. We know that people need our services more than ever, particularly at this time of year, so rest assured, we are still here for you. Our priority is the safety of our service users, staff and volunteers and with that in mind we have made some changes which, we hope, will keep everyone safe. You can find details of the temporary changes we’ve made here.

We are committed to offering virtual appointments for those who are unable to visit our centres. If you have any symptoms of covid (please note these include sneezing, sore throat, headache, runny nose and fatigue as well as fever, cough and loss of sense of smell) and need support with your mental health, please do not come in person to our services. Contact our support line on 0300 5000 907 and somebody will be able to help you.
