Aldershot Safe Haven is moving premises.
Since the start of the pandemic we have identified the need to be creative with delivering our services and have successfully delivered virtual one-to-one’s and group sessions when face-to-face wasn’t possible. This highlighted the need to be virtually accessible going forward and inspired the decision to launch our new webchat service!
The new online chat service makes accessing support and information faster and provides another way to get in touch without the need to call. It also makes communication easier for those who do not speak English as their first language as a result of the translation functions.
The chat is open on weekdays between 9:30am and 4:30pm where we have a dedicated team waiting to offer advice, support and information for all of our services.
To access the chat, click the small pop-up in the bottom left of the screen.

£5 per month could allow us to answer 10 calls for help this year, providing information, reassurance and hope for the future.
£10 could buy seeds for our allotment and flower garden, providing therapeutic outlets for people with mental ill-health and dementia or cover the cost of 3 of our weekly art group sessions, giving people a creative outlet for their feelings.
