To celebrate International Women’s Day, we wanted to shine the spotlight our fantastic new fundraising team! Please welcome… Lilia Bitouche and Helen Franks.

Lilia Bitouche

Lilia is excited to be stepping into her new role as Corporate and Community Fundraiser. After 10 years in the corporate world, with a background in culture and marketing, she looking forward to using that experience to build strong partnerships and encourage more businesses to support our cause.

Lilia is passionate about connecting corporates and communities in ways that create real, lasting impact.

Outside of work, Lilia is a mum to two little ones (4 and 18 months), which makes the work we do feel even more meaningful to her.

Lilia is looking forward to connecting and collaborating with others who want to make a difference!

Helen Franks

Helen is excited to join the Andover Mind fundraising team, focusing on developing new fundraising initiatives and diversifying our income streams. Helen began her career in the food industry then got my first role within the charity sector with the Trussell Trust Foodbank network heading up their Corporate Partnership team. Before joining Andover Mind, Helen worked at the Charlie Waller Trust, in Newbury, managing corporate partnerships with organisations including Kepler Cheuvreux foundation, ING Bank, Dunnhumby and Boden.

Helen is passionate about using the power of business and community support to improve local mental health and wellbeing. She feels proud to be part of Andover Mind because they are delivering vital services to local people who are living with mental health issues and in need of life long support.

Helen looks after her own mental health by taking regular exercise. She swims a couple of times each week and walks her cocker spaniel (May) with her partner Richard around the fields and forest tracks near where she lives in Marlborough.
