Action Hampshire is working in partnership with Healthwatch Hampshire to collect stories and experiences about GP surgeries, dentists, pharmacies and all other health and social care services from underserved communities.

They’re offering £250 unrestricted grants to community groups in Hampshire (excluding Portsmouth and Southampton) that participate in the Healthwatch Hampshire Engagement project. The grant can be used however you see fit—just collect feedback from at least 15 people in your community about their experiences with health and social care in Hampshire.
