This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, innovative and developing team at Andover Mind. The Referrals and Enquiries team will provide a main centralized entry point to accessing our Well-being and Carer Support and Dementia Advisor Services across Hampshire. In this varied Andover office based role you will be providing advice, information, support and signposting to service users, the general public and other professionals whilst also delivering a robust support for the outreach teams.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience of working in Adult Health and Care or who flourish in a triage and assessment role but would consider candidates who are well-organised, highly motivated with excellent communication and customer care skills.

The salary for this post for a full time equivalent is £19,500 per annum.

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the team at Andover Mind. The successful candidate will provide a full administration service to the HR Department and to internal and external customers, acting as first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries.
Using your excellent communication skills you’ll be able to deal confidently and professionally with enquiries, providing advice and support and helping to build positive relationships with colleagues. With a strong commitment to customer care, you’ll be able to deal with confidential information in a sensitive manner.
In this demanding environment you’ll need to balance working under pressure to deadlines, with maintaining quality and attention to detail. Administrative experience and IT skills are essential and your flexible approach to work will ensure you can adapt to changing priorities.
It is expected that this post will be working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday. However, we have some ability to be flexible and precise working arrangements can be discussed at interview.
The salary for this post is £22,035 (to be pro rata’d to £17,628 for 30 hours).

The main purpose of the role is to facilitate groups of up to 10 children, age 9-11 years, to develop their emotional well-being, and help them develop greater resilience and healthy coping strategies for problems they face in everyday life.
This is a part-time post of 35 hours per week but we would consider a job share of 2 posts of 17.5 hours per week. This is a ‘term time’ only contract, where holidays must be taken in school holiday periods. Please note that on occasions, sessions are sometimes delivered after school hours and you will be expected to work until 5pm.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience of working with children but would consider candidates who are well-organised, highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You will have an understanding of the safeguarding of children and be willing to complete the necessary training. A car driver and use of own vehicle is essential.
Start date: Start of new academic year (September 2019)
Pay rate: £21,567 per annum (pro rata part time hours meaning that a 35 hour post would be paid £19,078.50 before deductions)
Fixed term: 1 year with possibility of extension.

Our Well-being centres across Hampshire provide a range of services to support individuals with mental health problems. In addition to supporting people in their recovery from serious mental health problems, we also provide advice and information services to help prevent the onset of mental health conditions. The services we provide are personalised and individuals are supported to develop their own interests in the community.
As Well-being Co-ordinator you will support the Well-being Centre Manager in the day to day running of our well-being services in Basingstoke. You will also provide recovery focused support to service users in line with the well-being strategy.
Our GP Hubs provide 30 minute appointments in GP surgeries or community hospitals, bookable through a patient’s own GP surgery. The GP Hub Advisors are employed to listen to a patient’s mental health history, provide self-help interventions, and refer on to Andover Mind’s services or those provided by partner agencies. We work closely with a patient’s GP to ensure that the right services are in place at the right time.
This is a full-time post of 37 hours per week Please note that on occasions, appointments and sessions are sometimes delivered outside normal working hours on evenings or weekends, and flexibility as to working hours is essential.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience of working with vulnerable adults. You will have an understanding of the safeguarding of children and adults and be willing to complete the necessary training. A car driver and use of own vehicle is essential.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Salary: £19,240 per annum rising to £19,817.20 in September 2019
Closing date 31 July 2019.
