Referrals and Enquiries Team Supervisor

This is a new and exciting role overseeing our central referrals and enquiries team in Andover who are responsible for being the main entry point, triage and response for service users and professionals accessing our Carer Support, Dementia Advice and Well-being services across Hampshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed leader with experience of working in the voluntary sector or a relevant field in Adult Health and Care who will be able to oversee the daily running and continuing development of this vital aspect of the service.

Location: Andover

Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days

Salary: £23,400 (pro rata)

Safe Haven Well-being Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in front line mental health services and be part of our Safe Haven team who provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.  

Based in Andover Mind’s Aldershot Wellbeing Centre, The Safe Haven is an out-of-hours crisis service that provides an alternative to A&E for adults with mental health needs in the North East Hants, Farnham and Surrey Heath locality.  To promote independence, opportunity and recovery for those attending the Safe Haven project we encourage individuals accessing the service to identify their own needs and make their own choices, supporting them to use coping strategies, to recognise their own strengths, as well as to use other resources.

We are looking for committed candidates with experience of working with mental health and wellbeing, or in mental health crisis services, to be part of our team and help us make a difference.

Location: Aldershot Well-being Centre

Hours: Can be discussed at interview but ideally: Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 11pm or Sunday 12:30pm to 6pm

Salary:  £13.01 per hour

Safe Haven Well-being Advisors – Zero hour contract

In addition to the above we are recruiting Safe Haven Well-being Advisors to work on a zero hour contract throughout the week to join our team in Aldershot.  This position attracts an hourly rate of £13.01 per hour.

This would ideally suit a person that would like to supplement other part-time hours or self-employed hours, someone who is available and flexible to do ad-hoc hours.
