What is Safe Haven?

Our Aldershot Safe Haven provides emotional and practical help to people experiencing a mental health crisis and their carers. We give you the option to talk to one of our staff about how you are feeling, and will help you to access the right support within calm, safe & confidential surroundings. We have a mental health nurse as part of the staff team who can refer you to more specialist services if needed. You can come in person to the Safe Haven or access it virtually.

We deliver this service in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Catalyst and North East Hants and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group.

Who is it for?

While we predominantly serve residents of North East Hampshire who are aged 18 years and over and experiencing a mental health crisis, please be assured that nobody will be turned away based on where they live. We have operate an online appointment system for those unable to attend physically.
