Out of hours support for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis

If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis or suffering with emotional distress, our Safe Haven drop-in centre provides out of hours help and support to people and their carers.

Help is at hand

We are open evenings, weekends and bank holidays, 365 days a year. We offer a safe alternative to A&E, with shorter waiting times and a formal and less clinical environment. Staffed by a Mental Health Practitioner and two trained Safe Haven workers, we provide help and advice when needed most. Peer support – advice from people with lived experience of mental ill-health, is also increasingly available.
