Combine your passion for gardening whilst helping improve mental health!

We are looking for a green-fingered person to help take care of our therapeutic garden.

This role will involve all aspects of gardening, keeping our shrubs, flower beds and vegetable plants well maintained to ensure they thrive.

As a volunteer, you will work alongside some of our service users, sharing your knowledge, interest and enthusiasm with them.

  • Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Preparing the beds for planting
  • Planting out bulbs and young shrubs
  • Weeding and mulching the beds
  • Watering and caring for plants
  • Cutting any flowers/foliage
  • Looking after the gardening tools and equipment

If you have some free time each week and you would like to help make a difference to the lives of those experiencing difficulties with their mental health, we’d love to hear from you.
