The mental health and well-being of the communities across Hampshire is our top priority and as a prominent mental health charity, Andover Mind has been chosen to be involved with a new NHS England initiative for Hampshire.
Due to the success of our growing Primary Care teams, we are now looking to recruit a Primary Care Manager. This is a newly created role which will manage our successful Primary Care Teams. Based in our Andover Well-being Centre, with the flexibility for remote working, our Primary Care Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all operations relating to the Primary Care Networks in Hampshire.
Working alongside the Director of ICS Transformation and Development, you will plan, organise and manage teams to deliver a professional service within the overall business plan ensuring any operational objectives are correctly aligned, ensuring that services are provided in line with the service contracts.
The role will have the responsibility of line management for the Primary Care Team Leaders and their teams who are aligned to GP surgeries throughout Hampshire.
If you have experience of working with vulnerable adults and young people (18+), are really good with people, have experience of managing a team within a mental health environment (currently 11 colleagues passionate about mental health), possess a degree in psychology, comparable degree or evidence of relevant training, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £15.50 per hour (£30,225 Full Time Equivalent)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week. This will increase to 30 hours per week after 6 months. The Working pattern to be discussed at interview but will be expected to include Wednesday & Thursdays
