Why Fundraising is important
We couldn’t provide our vital services without the people who support us. Although we do receive some regular contract and grant income, some projects such as Be You, Ugly Duckling, and Garden for Mind are reliant on income generated by the support of our supporters.
How you can help
You can get involved in fundraising at Andover Mind by joining in with one of our regular events such as quiz nights, fashion shows and sponsored walks or by organising your own event such as a Virtual Crafternoon. You’ll make a real difference to local people living with mental health problems and dementia.
Why not get involved with our Walk the Test Way – raising funds for our new Garden for Mind project?
This is an event that enables participants to get out and appreciate nature, embracing the great outdoors to support your health and wellbeing. Choose how many miles you wish to walk; 25.5 miles, 16 miles, 11 miles, 8 miles or 5 miles.
Here are just a few ideas which might inspire you and your friends:
Take on a challenge like the 3 Peaks or a parachute jump
Organise a dress down day at work or school
Have a cake sale
If you are running a marathon or half marathon, why not help Andover Mind by getting sponsored?
Organise a sponsored swim, cycle, row or dance
