Well-being

Our Well-being Centres are open and able to offer pre-booked face-to-face groups and one-to-one meetings with our service users as well as continuing to offer support by phone, video call, email and text. For more information please contact your local centre using the details below.

Primary care (GP) services

We are not currently able to deliver appointments in hospitals or surgeries, we are however offering telephone appointments. Referral is via your GP.

Adult counselling

If you are an existing client of our adult counselling service, your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue to offer counselling either by telephone, online or face-to-face.

If you are experiencing emotional or mental health issues please contact us by leaving a message on 01264 332297 and we will get back to you. We are checking the phones daily.

Youth counselling

If you are an existing client of our youth counselling service,  your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue that counselling either by telephone, online or face-to-face. Face-to-face sessions are offered in participating schools or at our base in Andover.

Safe Haven

Our Aldershot Crisis Centre is open for those experiencing a mental health crisis or suffering with emotional distress. Drop-in only.

Springboard

We are not currently able to deliver our Friends resilience sessions in primary schools. We hope to resume these as soon as we are able.

Ugly Duckling

Our workshop is open and offering 6 sessions a week for both service users and volunteers.

The garden alongside the workshop is also blooming again.

The pop-up shop in the Chantry Centre is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am – 2pm.

Carer support and dementia advice

Assessments and one-to-one’s are taking place throughout Hampshire in homes and community settings.

We are also offering a blend of face-to-face and virtual Carer Support Groups throughout Hampshire.
