Following Government guidelines and ensuring we’re COVID secure, our Well-being services are now in a position to offer face to face appointments in our centres, along with small groups. Staff are going to continue to support those over the phone or by email or text if they’re finding it difficult to visit one of our centres. Our virtual groups are also continuing via Zoom. If you’re an existing client, your keyworker or a member of our Well-being team will be in touch to offer you a face-to-face appointment. If you’re not currently accessing our services but wish to speak to a member of staff, please contact us using the details below:

Our Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service are unfortunately unable to offer any groups or face-to-face meetings with service users until further notice. However, staff are still available to support you over the phone or by email or text. If you are an existing client or carer and are known to our service, your usual Carer Support Worker or Dementia Advisor will be in touch with you via telephone, if possible, to carry out a welfare check and see how you are. If you would like to contact us in the meantime, or if you are a new client and wish to speak to a member of staff, please contact us using the details below, ensuring you leave a voice message with your contact details. A member of the team will then get back to you shortly.
