Support line

Our support line is operating normally. You can call us on 0300 5000 907 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We are closed on New Year’s Day.

Well-being

Our Well-being Services are unfortunately currently unable to offer any groups or face-to face meetings with service users. However, staff are still available to support you by phone, video call, email or text. If you are an existing client, then someone will check in with you to see how you are. If you are a new client, and wish to speak to a member of staff, please contact us using the details below.

Primary care (GP) services

We are not currently able to deliver appointments in hospitals or surgeries, we are however offering telephone appointments. Referral is via your GP.

Adult counselling

We are not currently able to offer face to face counselling. If you are an existing client of our adult counselling service, your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue to offer counselling either by telephone or online. If you are experiencing emotional or mental health issues please contact us by leaving a message on 01264 332297 and we will get back to you. We are checking the phones daily.

Youth counselling

If you are an existing client of our youth counselling service,  your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue that counselling either by telephone or online.

Springboard

We are not currently able to deliver our Friends resilience sessions in primary schools. We hope to resume these as soon as we are able.

Ugly Duckling

Our workshop and pop-up shop are temporarily closed until further notice. In line with government guidelines. Please contact uglyduckling@andovermind.org.uk if you have any questions.

Carer support and dementia advice

We are unfortunately unable to offer any groups until further notice, however, staff are still available to support you by phone, video call, email or text.  If you are an existing client,  your usual carer support worker or dementia advisor will phone you, if possible, to  see how you are. If you would like to contact us in the meantime or if you are new to the service, and wish to speak to a member of staff, please contact us using the details below:
