We are not currently able to offer appointments in hospitals or surgeries, we are however talking to our NHS partners to move to telephone consultations. Should you wish to talk to someone about your mental health, please leave a message on 01264 332297 and we will contact you to discuss.
Our adult counselling appointments are not now being delivered face-to-face in Andover, but if you are currently accessing this service we will ensure we contact you. If you are experiencing emotional or mental health issues please contact us by leaving a message on 01264 332297 and we will get back to you. We are checking the phones daily.
If you are an existing client of our youth counselling service, then your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue that counselling either by telephone or online.
We are not currently able to deliver our Friends resilience sessions in primary schools. We hope to resume these as soon as we are able.
The Ugly Duckling workshop and pop-up shop are currently closed. We may still be able to take on some customer commissions so please contact email@example.com with any queries and keep an eye on our social media for updates.
Our Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service are unfortunately unable to offer any groups or face-to-face meetings with service users until further notice. However, staff are still available to support you over the phone or by email or text. If you are an existing client or carer and are known to our service your usual Carer Support Worker or Dementia Advisor will be in touch with you via telephone, if possible, to carry out a welfare check and see how you are. A member of the team will then get back to you shortly.
