Well-being

Our Well-being services are unfortunately currently unable to offer any groups or face to face meetings with service users. However, staff are still able to support you over the phone or by email or text. If you are an existing client, someone will check in with you to see how you are. If you are a new client, and wish to speak with a member of staff, please contact us using the details below.

Primary care (GP) services

We are not currently able to offer appointments in hospitals or surgeries, we are however talking to our NHS partners to move to telephone consultations. Should you wish to talk to someone about your mental health, please leave a message on 01264 332297 and we will contact you to discuss.

Adult counselling

If you are an existing client of our adult counselling service, your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue to offer counselling either by telephone or online. If you are experiencing emotional or mental health issues please contact us by leaving a message on 01264 332297 and we will get back to you. We are checking the phones daily.

Youth counselling

If you are an existing client of our youth counselling service, then your counsellor will be in touch with you to continue that counselling either by telephone or online.

Springboard

We are not currently able to deliver our Friends resilience sessions in primary schools. We hope to resume these as soon as we are able.

Ugly Duckling project

The Ugly Duckling workshop and pop-up shop are currently closed. Please contact uglyduckling@andovermind.org.uk with any queries and keep an eye on our social media for updates.

Carer Support and Dementia Advice

Our Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service are unfortunately unable to offer any groups or face-to-face meetings with service users until further notice. However, staff are still available to support you over the phone or by email or text. If you are an existing client or carer and are known to our service, your usual Carer Support Worker or Dementia Advisor will be in touch with you via telephone, if possible, to carry out a welfare check and see how you are. If you would like to contact us in the meantime, or if you are a new client and wish to speak to a member of staff, please contact us using the details below, ensuring you leave a voice message with your contact details. A member of the team will then get back to you shortly.
