World Mental Health Day 2017

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year but World Mental Health Day is a great day to show your support for better mental health and to start looking after your own well-being. This year’s theme is mental Health in the Workplace.

As adults, we spend a large proportion of our time at work and our experience in the workplace is a key factor in determining our overall well-being. Employers and managers who put in place  initiatives to promote mental health and to support employees who have mental ill-health, see gains not only in the health of their employees but also in their productivity at work.
