We currently employ over 50 staff in a number of locations across Hampshire including Andover, Basingstoke, Aldershot and Winchester. The dedication and commitment of our staff has helped us to achieve the highly regarded reputation we hold today.
We are a growing organisation and are looking for people who have a passion for the work we do. If you feel that you meet the values of the organisation and the requirements of the roles of our current vacancies, we would love to hear from you.
Our staff and volunteers are instrumental to the success of Andover Mind, but what does working for us really involve? We talk to some of our employees about what their day to day at Andover Mind entails.

I’ve always been interested in mental health and helping people, so working as a well-being coach is the perfect fit.’ Read more…
