Job Description

Well-being coach (bank hours) contract

Our well-being centres in Andover, Romsey, Basingstoke and Aldershot provide a range of services to support individuals with mental health problems. In addition to supporting people in their recovery from serious mental health problems, we also provide advice and information services to help prevent the onset of mental health conditions. The services we provide are personalised and individuals are supported to develop their own interests in the community.

We are looking for a team of bank workers to contribute to making a real difference as part of the Andover Mind well-being team.  There are no regular hours in these posts so this is a great option for individuals who have other commitments like university or part-time work.  We call upon our bank staff to cover staff absence and holiday.

In this post you will provide recovery focused support to service users in our well-being centres in-line with the well-being strategy.
