The people who provide one to one support at Andover Mind are called Well-being Workers. They will work with you to agree on your goals and  develop a plan, called a Recovery Star, to help you to reach them.  One to one support includes:

    • Outreach work – visiting people in their own homes
    • Support with activities in the community–  this will depend on a person’s individual plan but may include support to attend appointments or accessing groups in the community
    • Wellness Toolkit – a self-management tool looking at how to keep yourself well and how to manage crises – more
    • Crisis support  – via our well-being centre drop-in.

You can only access this service via your G.P., your community mental health team or directly by dropping into our community centre, completing our on-line referral form or telephoning our dedicated advice line on 0300 50000 904.
